Le Nostre Paste
Our pastas are made in Gragnano, a town in southern Italy, using pure spring water and wheat semolina. They are all IGP certified. We ensure that our pastas are made to order and cooked al dente. An exception is made for our Gnocchi, crafted fresh daily.
